1 National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST)
The National University of Sciences and Technology, which was founded in 1991 to promote STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) fields, is the top-ranked institution in Pakistan according to the QS World University Rankings, coming in between positions 501 and 550. 2. Quaid-i-Azam University

The University of Engineering and Technology (also known as UET Lahore), the second-best university in Pakistan, is a highly selective public research university that is ranked 701+ globally. It was founded in 1921 and has grown to offer a wide variety of programs. In 1954, it became the first university in Pakistan to grant a bachelor’s degree in mining engineering.
6. Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS)
Private research university Lahore University of Management Sciences was established in 1984. It is currently ranked 111th in Asia and is positioned 701+ in the world (up from 160-170 in the previous year). It is one of Pakistan’s most prestigious universities but also one of the smaller ones, with about 3,500 students being taught by 200 faculty members.
