Reports said that the Galaxy Unpacked launch for the S23 series wouldn’t happen until late February, but the date of the launch has already gotten out.
9to5Google says that the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2023 event for the S23 series will take place on February 1. The release date was posted on the Samsung Columbia website before it was officially confirmed. The poster shows the release date and a stylized version of the Galaxy S23’s camera system, which comprises three concentric rings. Recently, high-resolution renders of the phones’ designs were leaked, showing that they come in four different colors. The Galaxy S23 will come in four colors: Phantom Black, Cotton Flower, Misty Lilac, and Botanic Green.

Word on the street is that the Samsung Galaxy S23 will have a 6.1-inch Full HD+ screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, the Galaxy S23 Plus will have a 6.6-inch screen, and the S23 Ultra could have a huge 6.8-inch screen with a Quad HD resolution. There are rumors that all three models will have the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, up to 16GB of RAM, and 512GB of storage as standard.
The Samsung Galaxy S23 and S23 Plus cameras are likely to be the same, with a 50MP primary sensor, a 12MP wide-angle lens, and a 10MP telephoto lens. The Galaxy S23 Ultra, on the other hand, is said to have a primary camera with 200MP, a secondary camera with 12MP, and two telephoto lenses with 3x and 10x optical zoom.
The Samsung Galaxy S23, S23 Plus, and S23 Ultra are said to have 3,900mAh, 4,700mAh, and 5,000mAh batteries. It has been said that the Galaxy S23 and S23+ will continue to support 25W fast charging, while the S23 Ultra will have 45W fast charging.
